Design & Verification Conference & Exhibition

DVCon, the premier Design and Verificaiton Conference (formerly called
HDLCon)has traditionally been held annually in San Jose, California
around March.  DVCon is sponsored by Accellera, a consortium of
Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tool vendors and users, dedicated to
the development and usage of EDA standards.  This conference provides a
valuable forum to learn about the usage and new developments in HDLs and
HVLs.  

For DVCon 2003, we received more that three times the number of quality
paper proposals than what could be accommodated at the conference.  To
provide more opportunities for engineers to share their valuable
experiences, the DVCon steering committee is considering expanding the
venue of the conference by adding a DVCon-East conference.  

We would like your opinion on the value of having both a DVCon-West and
a DVCon-East conference.
